DEMOCRACY and RELIGION in INDIA

DEMOCRATIC  RULE AFTER  67 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

The recent agitations leading to disruption and adjournment of the Parliament and State assembly sessions, give rise to a feeling that we are undoing the whole principle of Democracy! Expressions in words and gesticulations are seen very often  going beyond the acceptable level of behavior of parliamentarians in the parliament gatherings. I have a feeling that, the fundamental theory of Democratic rule is forgotten, resulting in Chaos and uncertain moments in our political arena.

Religion and Politics are two independent units. They should not be mixed up each other causing dissimilar thinking amongst the different religious denominations and political groups. The government must be impartial in its dealings without any religious priority. Religious faith is purely a personal matter and no one should encroach the rights of an individual in his decision to get attached to a particular formation of “like minded “people.

A Divine approach is essential in the matter of Personal Belief of people in one particular Religion and no compulsion or external forces must be at work in this direction...

Mutual respect and tolerance amongst the political parties only can result in a peaceful administration of any Government set up. Extrovert thinking and action coupled with mutual respect only can streamline the administration and put it on a better pedestal for clean Democracy.

Let us all strain hard to achieve this END>>

ARE THE RELIGIOUS LEADERS IN POLITICS/

ARE THE RELIIGIOUS COMMUNITIES IN POLITICS?
The Religious leaders nowadays are “beating about the Bush. I have a feeling that they do not keep track of their assignments in enriching the sense of Morality and Godliness in Men & Women. Instead of concentrating on their intended duties, they undo their responsibility in correcting the way of life of the people around, and interfere with the political aspects of the society.

We have the elected representatives to upkeep the political/social and cultural needs of the people and create an atmosphere of peaceful existence of them with a common line of thought and action.  The dual nature of man always causes problems to the administrators and therefore they have to strike a “least line of resistance” in the Government machinery in formulating Policies to cater for all.

The Religious heads must concentrate on the daily lives of common man, spend time with them both in Sorrows and Happiness and instill in them the spirit of living together with mutual care and support. Constant counselling on moral side of life is an essential component in the religious teachings of all the religions.  According to the Bible, Jesus Christ went round the places and kept company with all people without any discrimination and shared the life of poor and marginalized sections of the society.
Of late we find that church leaders who are to follow the footsteps of Christ, are never seen with the common people to attend to their personal necessities. They are always under “cover” and do not expose freely to the public gathering like marriage reception and  do not participate  or share  the  company of the people in the common feast .. Why such distance is maintained by them, when our MASTER was with everyone during His Sojourn on this Earth
The Religious heads must stop the “Dog in the Manger” policy and confine themselves in the Religious aspect and teach the people to lead a life of tranquility & peace, instead of running about and criticizing the actions of the Government in the matters of “Policies & Procedures”
The press conferences and stage shows must stop and they must come back to the Biblical Teachings and lead the people in the right directions that GOD want us to live.
Our Religious hierarchy is slowly denting the fabrics of “unity in action” by all the religious denominations..
Politicians will look after the common needs of everyone, diligently and thoughtfully applying the Rule of Common Sense and the existing Law of the land..
A Divine approach to our problems will not go unanswered, as GOD is GREAT and above all understanding>>>

BAD POLITICIANS

POLITICAL INVASION IN SOCIAL LIFE
UNITY IN DIVERSITY IS OUR WATCH WORD WHICH IS FOUNDED ON A STRONG BASE IN OUR CONSTITUTION. ALL OUR POLITICIANS MUST BE AWARE OF THIS FACT WHENEVER THEY SPEAK EITHER IN PARLIAMENT/ASSEMBLY OR IN PUBLIC PLACES.

THE RECENT UTTERANCES OF SMT: SADHVI NIRANJAN JYOTHI IN THE PARLIAMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A “SOBER STATEMENT”. SHE HAS GONE BEYOND LIMITS AND SPOKE AGAINST THE SOCIAL/RELIGIOUS STRUCTURE OF INDIA. I HAVE NOT COME ACROSS SUCH THOUGHTLESS SPEECH FROM RESPONSIBLE PERSONS LIKE, MPs MLAs  & OTHER POLITICIANS.

MINISTER OF HER NATURE IS UNFIT FOR SUCH POSITION AND I MAY REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO REMOVE HER FROM THE MINISTRY. DURING MY 80 YEARS OF LIFE, IN THIS MULTIFACETED COUNTRY OF OURS, I HAVE NEVER HEARD SUCH, UNBECOMING WORDS FROM A MINISTER OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OR FROM ANYBODY FOR THAT MATTER.

THIS KIND OF “LOW PROFILE” PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO REPRESENT THE COMMON PEOPLE.  SUCH MEN & WOMEN ARE MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE “TERRORISTS”.
APOLOGY AFTER THE “IRREPARABLE” DAMAGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ANYBODY CAN CAUSE INJURY TO THE “SOCIAL FABRICS” AND THEN SAY “SORRY” :
THAT IS ARROGANCE AND NOT GENUINE CONFESSION FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE “HEART”.
BEWARE OF SUCH POLITICIANS ,WHO DO NOT HAVE A "DIVINE APPROACH" TO THEIR COMMITMENTS TO THE PEOPLE OF INDIA..

THE GAME OF CRICKET

ATTACKING CRICKET?
The new "generation cricket game" has gone beyond the olden days glorious playing in good sportsmanship of maintaining the team discipline to the highest order.
The present cricketing is almost a "Close Quarter Battle" between the bowler and the batsman. Earlier the bowling was "Under Arm" action and later on moved on to " Over Arm" delivery.
The recent fast bowling action varies with different bowlers. Instead of the vertical circle over the shoulders the tilted circular arm movements always tend to "Throwing action" leading to injury to the batsman above the belt.
Moreover the technique in this game is not only the fast ball, but intelligent and slow ball which makes the batsman in dual mind in hitting & make mistakes.

The recent untimely Death of Phil Dughes, proves that uncontrolled and bullet fast balls can "kill" the batsman on the spot. I feel that, to safe guard such mishap of losing life in this renowned field game, the " under Arm" bowling action must be reintroduced in all the cricket matches. No spinner can ever KILL a batsmen even if he wants to >>>.. A divinity in action in bowling fast bouncers will greatly help the batsman facing the ball moving at Bullet speed..

PROHIBITION IN KERALA

                    DISCUSSIONS ON BAR LICENCE

Dialogues on the issue of bar license to hotels were continuously going on for the past few weeks. But so far no decision could be taken by the Government due to different approaches of the political leaders. This was mainly lingering on the acceptable standard of the BARS that can be permitted to sell liquor. What are the standard specifications for sale of liquor was the query raised by the honorable court.  IsThe quality of liquor and its degree of Intoxication, the criteria for standard alcoholic drinks? What I could see on the bottle is only the remarks “Alcohol is injurious to health” and also the % of alcohol in the content for the guidance of the people who go to the liquor shop or to the BAR for a drink!

Presently we have umpteen problems in daily life in respect of safety in TRAVEL/BAD ROADS WITH POT HOLES & PITS throughout the state and also Price rise in all commodities both edible and non edible.. Instead of attending to these severe social evils, we are trying to fix up standards for bar hotels to serve liquor! The officials must fix up the PRIORITY for mitigating the hazards of daily life of the common man and take prompt action instead of “BEATING ABOUT THE Bush”. We hear, almost daily on fatal accidents on the ROADS/Railways/AIRPLANES/ and also deaths due to SUICIDES/COLD BLOODED MURDER/ and diseases causing loss of human life more than the damages due to drinking from Bar hotels..

On a careful study of the human nature prevailing in the society, it can be seen that “SOBER” people are causing dangerous situations by plotting and scheming against their rivals and planning to eliminate them.  But those who are given to drinking will not be causing direct injury to others unless provoked..

Such people are called ENEBRITES (who are addicted to drinks). From time immemorial liquor was in use right from the PRIMITIVE MAN to the present generation. Therefore I feel that liquor must be sold in every shop like any other things so that availability may result in psychological reduction in the purchase of drinks costing very high which will affect their purse!

More than that, continuous COUNSELLING at home/schools and through other media, highlighting the EVIL EFFECTS of alcohol is required to bring in awareness in the minds of those addicted to heavy consumption of liquor. Initially the use of alcoholic drinks in a MODERATE WAY to be introduced and thereafter, in course of time some of the people will definitely come back as  better social beings.  In case the Liquor is banned throughout, then they will resort to SPURIOUS DRINKS which will result in fatal calamities. We have to “play a different tune” with a Psychological approach to arrest the tendency of people from this social menace..

MAHATMA GANDHI OR RASTRAPITHA..

COMMENTS OF ARUDHATHI ROY ON GANDHIJI

Smt. Arundhathi Roy has taken the role of a person who can comment on the Rastrapitha, in her characteristic style of writing a book. Freedom of speech does not mean that one can say or write whatever comes in one’s mind. Her speech on a public stage about Gandhiji was reported by the visual media recently. She spoke as if she was an eye witness of Mahatma Gandhi’s life in South Africa!!

Presumption mixed with guesswork, followed with own interpretation on Mahatma Gandhi and his life are not for the younger generations of today to comment upon. When I was 14 years old my father told me that he has seen Gandhi in person, and he narrated the life and works, and death of Mahatma Gandhi in January 1948.

“Tongue is mightier than the Sword “, as also “Spoken words “are mightier than Pen..One should not forget the above saying while speaking in public, and should control the tongue as the words spoken cannot be retrieved.. The writings can be erased, but our words will move about in a Sinusoidal wave and remain in air and can be harnessed through the Electronic media by the coming generations..

In this context I can only say with Dr. Johnson. “IGNORANCE MADAM, PURE IGNORANCE”. Dr. Johnson told these words to the Land Lady when he was climbing the locked main gate while the wicket gate was fully opened!

IN JUDGE,S WORDS

                              WORDS OF HONOURABLE JUDGE A.R.DAVE

“If I was the Autocratic ruler of India, I would have introduced the Holy Scriptures- GEETHA & MAHABHARAT in all the classes from 1st standard”

The above were the reported words of the honourable Judge A.R.DAVE, seen in the Malayala Manorama KOCHI dated 03.08.2014 .How could such thought come in the mind of a judge, who is believed to be impartial in his judgments?.  I feel that the saying” Sober as a Judge”is not in tune with the words he spoke in the public meeting.

How could anyone forget the Religious Books of all other communities in India who live in harmony from time immemorial and proving Indians, as an outstanding example of Religious Tolerance compared to any other country?

Such words from an esteemed person is really causing anxious moments in the minds of people who always expect impartial and natural justice from any legal authority , while  pronouncing judgment  in cases of people belonging to different religious  denominations..

The intention of such words from a reputed judge may not be clear to many of the readers of this news. As a senior citizen over 80 years of age, I am unhappy.. He would have been trying to prescribe a Social Catalyst to trigger a sense of unity by introducing  Geetha & Mahabharat to the school syllabus for  promoting a better and sober society !

ACCIDENTS AT RAILWAY CROSSINGS

ACCIDENTS AT RAILAY LEVEL CROSSINGS.

The other day there was a terribly shocking accident in Telegana , killing 25 school children at an unmanned level crossing, as reported by the media.  Such fatal accident caused due to the carelessness of the driver is inexcusable. (In this case the driver was also killed).
The right of way is for the trains and the road users must obey the traffic rules while crossing the railway track at level crossings.

The instructions are very clear.. The transport vehicles while approaching the unmanned railway crossing must stop short of the crossing and the conductor or helper must get down and pilot the vehicle after ensuring that no train is in the vicinity. Till the vehicle is clear of the track the person piloting the vehicle must continue to watch for the trains if any approaching..
The recent accident is reported by the media as “Train hits the school bus”. It is not true.. “School bus hits the rain “is the correct way of reporting, which shows the factual situation at the time of accident. Train do have regular time table and the local people know about the running of trains in that section. Therefore the drivers must be alert while approaching the unmanned level crossings and follow the procedure mentioned above.. The Railways also to ensure more safer methods such as manning the crossing or constructing ROB/RUBs wherever required, to GUARD against the overenthusiastic and speedy driving HABIT of the  drivers of road vehicles ..

The principal and school managers must counsel the drivers of the school buses very often to follow safety driving habits while carrying children to school and back..

WOMEN IN THE SOCIETY

                           WOMEN,S BANK-WOMEN’S HOTEL- WHAT NEXT?

A separate banking facility for women is already in place, so that women may transact their business without any male domination.. Now hotel for women! Here also the women will take charge of the hotel or restaurant to save their own community of the female folk from atrocities and other violent attacks from men..

These wonderful ideas were never thought of by our ancestors in the past. May be that they wanted to maintain the unity of Men & Women as “ One Body “ for peaceful living, even if some misdeeds occur amongst the human beings. Difference of opinion and reactions will be there in the society consisting of men & women. That does not mean that we must separate them as two units and start working on separate establishments..Why such overenthusiastic feelings of security for women by the “over smart” people without going through the damage it can create in the social fabrics.

In a place of work, if only women are employed, will there not be any mishap? Everything will go in a Smooth and Congenial way? I do not think so. There are umpteen cases of crimes nowadays against women by women like, Theft, smuggling, women trafficking and other nefarious activities. They are equally bad as men in the malpractices and breaking of Laws of the land. The mere fact that crime against women is rampant does not warrant a “Separate Enclosure” for women..We have sufficient legal measures to counter such criminal cases from Men towards Women and vice versa! That being the situation, why a “Mono Rail” travel in daily life of the people, segregating men & women in different compartments?

In my earlier note on Women Banks, ironically I had mentioned about providing a SEPARATE STATE for women so that we will ensure absolute safety for women from men who are prompted to molest or spoil the peaceful existence of women in the present set up..

Many accidents occur on Roads/Railways and Air travel. For that matter, are we going to close down all the transport systems in India? The intention of my writing this note is to apprise the authorities that we cannot change the natural habitat of human beings in their basic instincts and behavior in life. Continuous counseling and awareness programs only will cure the social evils to a certain extent. “Command & Control.” is the Essence of administration. Then everything can be put in order. Otherwise we will continue to “Chase our Shadows for nothing.

UNION BUDGET 2014-2015

                                                      POST BUDGET DISCUSSIONS

Every year after the annual Budget there have been discussions by several lobbies on the merits & demerits of the Budget presented by the Finance Minister. These experts who “analyze thread bare” on the good & bad effects of the proposed budget provisions, should have used their EXPERTISE in advising the Government early (Before the Event!) and not after wards with brilliant ideas ( “After the Event”). This way of “putting the cart before the horse” may not fetch us anything in the application of the Budget provisions on the practical field. At the initial stage of the general budget, a comprehensive study by the Expert Committee consisting of the renowned Economists would do better than the post discussion…

I am an Engineer and a poor Economist,, in the sense, I do the best, technically feasible, method of executing a job taking into consideration the field conditions. Economically it may not be cheap but technically sound in the matter of SAFETY… Therefore I am of opinion that the present way of “beating about the bush” and attributing faults on the other man’s shoulders, we must conceive ways & means to set right our financial crisis in the coming years..

ROADS AND BRIDGES IN THE STATE OF KERALA

                                                        PWD ROADS & BRIDGES

The maintenance of the roads and bridges in Kerala is in a deplorable condition. The roads are not safe for travel.  No attention is being given to the regular upkeep of the roads and bridges, for repairing the surface profile in good condition. This pitiable state of the roads & bridges is due to the indifferent and irresponsible attitudes of the PWD Engineers, who seem to be not bothered about the standards of maintenance of the” running surface” of roads and bridges. In the context of increased axle loads and frequency of  traffic, it is absolutely essential to have constant monitoring of the scheduled maintenance.

My recent travel from Ernakulam to Kottayam on 14th July, was terrifying and dangerous, particularly on the bridge crossing Kaniyampuha river. Can anyone imagine coming across POT HOLES and uneven surfaces on the bridge, as if driving in a PADDY FIELD! Why such careless attitudes by the Engineers of the PWD?  It seems that these Engineers are TECHNICALLY BLIND or they do not want to exert themselves in such hard duties in maintaining roads & bridges. Unless these inefficient officials are removed from SERVICE and able and smart Engineers are put on the job, we will continue to have road accidents in future occurring at one place or other in the state.

I request the PWD minister to take firm action in such cases of negligence of the officials in their primary duties, and employ Engineers of ACTION for the safety works..The Minister concerned may have to revamp the department for better service to the common man in the matter of safe travel on roads & bridges.

SEAT BELT IN CARS

                                                       SEAT BELT/HELMET…

The intention of introducing the usage of seat belts or helmets is to ensure safety of the Car & Bike users from fatal accidents that are very frequent in these days. In fact the people who use the vehicles & motor bikes must be thankful for such enforcement of safety rules, as normally everyone likes to take short cuts at any cost!. To safe guard against such casual and careless driving/riding,  we should welcome such safety gadgets.

Now the recent arguments in the state assembly reveal, that the orders for enforcing use of safety belts is being withdrawn as the public are against such compulsory provisions of Law..Can we introduce any rule for that matter, with the consent of the public? No it cannot be done as everyone does not like any restriction in their life. Will anybody obey traffic signals when the signals are out of order or when there is no traffic police nearby?.  Unless the movements at Junctions are restricted, there will be regular collisions and fatal accidents every day.

In no case we can wait for the consent of the public before introducing such safety measures.  Let us be Wise in our Thoughts & Actions..

PRISON A PARADISE ?

                                    THE JAIL-THE PRISONERS’ PARADISE?

Of late, we have been hearing about the comfortable stay of the prisoners in the Jail- “Janatha mythri jail as I may name it. Unlike the earlier times, when prisoners were given restricted facilities, the present generation of prisoners convicted for serious crimes are given freedom to enjoy life in its “full measure”! The media expose many instances of such undue privileges being taken by the prisoners. In fact I feel that the prisoners are happy to remain in a secured environment with all attended facilities which they normally do not enjoy while at home. .Also it may give rise to a feeling that, the jail life is more comfortable than their own house as they get free food, free recreation, free mobile service & what not?

As reported by the visual media, the prisoners are contended with their “Resort like “stay in the jail, and may be reluctant to avail any Parole! In this context I am reminded of Jagathi Sreekumar, the film actor, who wanted to be arrested by the police for a comfortable stopover in Police custody, so that he will be away from his opponents.. He was seen blocking the road by stretching a mat and trying to sleep at the center of the busy road!.That scene indicates that life in police custody or Jail is not uncomfortable!,

It is high time that we think of adopting stern measures to create environments to the prisoners for their repentance and confessing their evildoings and come out of the jail as sober persons doing good to the society. Let us be serious in this matter…

KILLER-TREES

THE- KILLER TREES

We have plenty of old and aged trees standing on both sides of the roads. These trees were planted by our predecessors for providing shade & shelter to the travelling public. These shelters to protect the pedestrians from the scorching sun, were necessary as there were no motor transport then, as we have now. But now what is happening? These inanimate trees (who cannot say that they are weak and dying) are falling dead on the road, killing people. There have been many instances recently about such accidents..

The present administration seems to be not bothered to cut down the “withered tree in time before it falls down and kill the pedestrians or fall on the moving vehicles. Frequent inspection by the local authorities, in this matter is inevitable as such accidents will continue if old trees are not removed and new tree saplings planted in their place.

“Grow more trees” is a policy of the Government, and therefore, it should be religiously followed by the local administration to avoid old trees causing danger to life & property. A proper survey of the withered & old tree in the locality must be done and action taken to cut & remove them and plant new ones in the same spot or nearby. Unless we ensure direct action in this matter, we may continue to kill people on the road!

POLITICAL SPLITS

POLITICAL AFFINITY FOR GROUPING & SPLITTING?

Before each election there have been political “Predictions and afterwards Postmortem” taking place amongst the leaders of all parties!  Whereas the serious affairs concerning   the administration and governance are at “stake” , none of these politicians  are fixing priority of action for the betterment of the people at large.. They harp on their Win & Loss and spend most of the time in Analysis of Success & Failure..

The introvert and selfish motives of the leaders result in Splitting of the parties into different groups. I feel that very soon these parties will disintegrate into “Thin Air”! According to me sooner or later alternative system of administration may develop to set right things in the correct perception of Democracy.. Who will do that? Let us wait and see…

RULE OF SENSE

                                                 RULE OF COMMON SENSE
The entire Judiciary and the Legal activities are framed or founded on the RULE OF COMMON SENSE. The ingenuity and intuition strengthen the application of Common Sense which is an inbuilt manifestation of the human brain.
This quality is the factor which makes the man superior to animals. The cases, whether criminal or of civil nature are dealt in the manner prescribed by the law books and the procedure orders of our Indian Judiciary. The crime committed has many facets like the following aspects:-
1.      Situations leading to Crime/Offence
2.      The Evidences/witnesses to prove that act of crime
By the person OR the group of persons accused
3.      Proceedings to extract the truth from factual conditions/evidences
From the witnesses etc
Many crimes are done in secrecy and will not have any witness to prove the act of crime. Here comes the importance of circumstantial evidences, particularly crime against women..
The murder of JPC (short form used for the Victim) was a case of preplanned/predestined and cold blooded murder done by a group of persons, who never had any enmity/hatred/personal rivalry with the Victim. Now in such situation, how could these murderers connive against him and TRAP him on the public road and butcher him to Pieces? Therefore it is certain that some External Forces were “at work” abetting such heinous crime?  The Judge also passed this remarks while delivering the Judgment.
The fact that the Killers were convicted and punished does not end in itself.  The SOURCE or Compulsive forces leading to this murder must be investigated as a separate case, to find out the real culprits behind the SCENE...who planned this“THIRAKKATHA”…
The Section 107 of CPC attracts this dastard killing, and therefore further investigation is inevitable to identify the  “PRIME MOVERS ”in this dastardly act. The people who were controlling the whole planning and execution through “REMOTE SENSING GADGETS “are to be” brought to book” If not we will continue to hear deaths in the streets at regular interval.   Politics, the “SCIENCE OF ADMINISTRATION” is being brought down to the level of a dangerous social EVIL for which we are all equally responsible.

MY VIEWS ON THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATION

SUGGESTION FOR A BETTER CAHNGE IN ADMINISTRATION
We have had enough of Democratic Administration by the elected people from different states of India from 1947 till date. But none of the parties could govern the country so far to establish a firm footing on which the whole country can be founded with a well planned Administration keeping in view of the fast developments taking place in the neighboring countries.
Freedom from the foreign rule was a great achievement of our forefathers who fought Tooth & Nail to free  India from the foreign bondage. But unfortunately we are still under “Fetters” due to malfunctioning of the Democratic set up due to different ideologies launched by the different party politics resulting in “Chaos” on all the days of the Parliament sessions as well as the State level assembly. Command and control was lost in the process of Administration to suite people of all walks of life, Rich or Poor. Due to confliction of political aberrations and lack of unity in action, we lost the tranquility of social life and the dents created by such overindulgence of politicians have distorted the whole fabrics of social security and freedom.
No what happens?. Everyone takes law in his/her hands in the name of freedom and disturb the peaceful coexistence of people belonging to different religious and cultural denominations.  “Freedom with Limitations” is the real freedom for our social networks. Due to grouping in the political parties, we lost mutual trust & respect amongst the political allies thereby causing impedance in the progress of our country in all spheres of life.
I think at this point of time we must “STRIKE OTHER CHORDS” and play a different tune to resonate the feelings of the common man who do not know the vulgarities and uncertain ways of bad and introvert  politicians. Everyone wants life to be smooth and safe and uninterrupted by others.
Therefore let us have a new outlook on our system of public administration. Let us have only one Head at the center- A PRESIDENT- and one at the state level- A GOVERNOR- The other  Ministries will  remain as such manned by officers of proven abilities in the respective disciplines, from the IAS/IFS/IPS/IRS/ and such other categories. The departments will work in the similar fashion as of now at the center and state level.
The PRESIDENT  & GOVERNORS will be elected by the people of India without any party affiliation for a spell of five years. We must try this system of government machinery for the coming years…
Please let me have your views on this suggestion.

The Hand that Holds the Pen

THE HANDS THAT HOLD THE PEN – HOLD THE BROOM STICK?

Changes take place in people and surroundings as time goes by. The same changes are taking place in the political policies also in the form of new parties adopting different party symbols, the latest being the BROOM STICK (symbol of AAP).
Whatever may be the reasons for launching new party on different ideologies & policies, the ultimate result must be the betterment of the people at large, in their social, cultural and economical status in the overall development of the country.
The famous watch words “Roti, Kappada, and Makan ( Food , Clothing & Shelter) were initiated by the veteran politicians of the past. We can achieve their visions if there is a “common gradient” in the policies of various parties in building and shaping our country at all fronts.
Now the new born party, AAP is born with a different outlook to set right the affairs of the state, by eradicating the Corruption rampant in all spheres of administration. Eminent writer, SARA JOSEPH  has shown her willingness to join this AAP. She can also contribute towards the welfare of the people by her writings which will add to the great task of eliminating corrupt thoughts & actions from the society.

While joining as an active member of the AAP, she should not leave the WRITING PEN in the haste of holding the BROOM STICK to sweep off the corrupt elements from the society. Each person is unique in mind & body and his/her contribution to the society, is the outcome of the talents inherent in them. That talent is to be identified and used for the betterment of the common man.
Therefore I feel that change over of ideas and policies at the later stage of one’s life may not do well in the wholesome development of the country..

The PEN is mightier than the SWORD and WORDS are mightier than SWORDS are the true sayings, Therefore persons like SARA JOSEPH must continue to use her PEN rather than using the BROOM STICK to sweep off the blemishes in the form of CORRUPTION, from the society.

CAN THERE BE A CHANGE IN THE POLITICAL PHASE...

IN and Outside the Assembly Hall?

During the year that has gone by, we have had many occasions of objections followed by obstructions and premature closure of the assembly proceedings….
In this year also, the situations may not be different. We can expect more of agitations both inside & outside the assembly hall causing loss of precious moments in our struggle to achieve self sufficiency in food and dwelling houses for all….
The opposition parties (whoever may be) tries to pull down the ruling party on whimsical & unimportant matters, not contributing, in any way, for the progress of this developing state.
the agitations and  “Dharana” hitherto on the streets are now being retreated to the assembly hall again, as stated by the convener of the opposition group, He says that  the change over from street to inside the assembly is in view of the ensuing election!.
This seems to be a strange declaration.. How could the agitation be withdrawn, if it was a genuine “samaram” for a genuine purpose to protect the rights & privileges of the general public?  By continuing the samram they should have won the hearts of the people and come out successful in the election…
The elected representatives have to perform their part inside the assembly and sort out problems confronting the state, jointly to arrive at a decision, acceptable to all. Instead they take shortcuts and come out of the hall and behave rashly outside and block the roads and resort to samaram. This results in inconvenience to public in their day to day activities. The leaders do not have any control over their followers, resulting in violent reactions from the unruly crowed causing  severe damage to the state.
The leaders of all the parties, for that matter, are confused and not able to visualize their goal clearly, and they try to undo the efforts of the ruling party whenever they take over the reign or sit in opposition bench…
The actions, of both ruling & opposition, seem to be thoughtless & immature in style & use.
