THE FOUR STAGES IN LIFE
The Devil takes over when the mind is idle. That is happening amongst the Youth of today. For want of UTILISATION of Talents of each individual, many youngsters are struggling to get through life. Numerous reasons can be attributed for this state of affairs. But all said and done, each individual has to sharpen his/her tools to shape the future in a better way duly aiming at a common goal beneficial to all.
Each person is a UNIQUE CREATION with a definite purpose in life. It is for us to find out this unique quality at the beginning stage of every individual. Parents do have an important role to play in bringing up the children a in their infancy. The Primary level teachers also have to concentrate and tune up the children to grow in body & spirit at the appropriate level of training.
The First stage is 0 to 1st year: - Inside the Womb
This stage of life is the one that each one of us has undergone in the Mother’s womb. This unseen stage of gestation is very important as the child absorbs energy and qualities of the mother as it grows inside the womb. The child comes to the world with this BUILT-IN POWER and initiates its movements. Therefore, the period from the conception to delivery is the most important stage of a human being.
The Second Stage is 1 to 7 years. Infancy.
The Plastic stage of life begins here. The parents carefully deal with the child to Tune & Tone up to grow in the Ideal Path. This stage is very delicate and to be handled with caution as the child repeats or imitates the parents in their movements & outward expression. This is the MOULDING stage and the potter has to be careful in shaping the child in the correct mould for better use of his/her talents in the life ahead. This grooming of the children in the Plastic Stage will Stand in Good stead in their next stage of 7 to 14 yrs.
The Third Stage is 7 to 14 years. Adolescence:-
This stage is the crucial one of Development of Body & Mind. Here the parents have to be doubly careful in dealing the children in sorting out their daily problems at home & school. Stitch in Time Saves Nine…Clearing of all the doubts and apprehensions and guiding them to the correct PATH of life is the Primary duty of the Parents as well as the Teachers. This will enable the children to take decision with out any hesitation or confusion. Close interaction is necessary during this period, and the training & guidance gained will go a long way and protect the children from all Perils & Dangers of lThe
Fourth Stage is 14 to Youth & Old age:-
This stage is the true outcome of the previous stages. The person only performs as he/she is trained in the earlier stages. Not much of Corrections or deviation can be expected in this period of life. The individual will hold firm on the principles & the way he/she was brought up. The CHILD IS THE FATHER OF MAN saying will be proved to the hilt in ones life , if all these stages are properly handled by the Parents & all those who train up the children for a Peaceful & Fruitful life.

LIVING IN PEACE
Jesus Christ the Son of God was the greatest Communist ever lived on this Earth. His Teachings and His Life are the core element in everyman’s life. The transmission of Love to other fellow beings through mutual help and support in sorrow and happiness must be the Goal in one’s life. This way of life, in every person’s struggle for existence, is to be our Endeavour.
The present out look on Communism is something beyond the common understanding of its virtues and practical implementation. The yester year’s political leaders have been following the principle of peaceful existence in its correct perspective. But as time went on, the concept was thwarted and a deviation route was followed, thereby orienting the political culture to a vitiated atmosphere.
God created man with different talents to make life worthy of living. Distribution of works to different persons according to his/her capacity/talent, made the whole world on firm foundation. We see this quality in every human being we come across. A carpenter does his job efficiently, a blacksmith his job and the mason in another fashion. If these people are interchanged in their jobs, the ultimate result will be what? A total disarray and confusion. I may be a good Engineer, but may not be a good artist to make a sculpture. Distribution of jobs according to the talent of a person is the most important duty of a Leader, whether in the Administration or in any other field of activity for the betterment of the society.
Unless the above principles of life is understood well, we will not be good administers or good servants of the people. The life is a mixture of good & evil, and we have to choose the right thing at the right moment. There is an important system in Management. That is, The Right Person, in the right Job, in the Right Time. Once this combination of events matches, the progress will be of a galloping nature. Equality is important for all, with specific need for food shelter, clothing and equal opportunities in other spheres in life. But difference in level of understanding and skill varies with individuals, as stated above, in their TALENTS given by the Creator of this Universe. We have to admit that and face life in that manner. People, above us and below us in the society, have to be respected in their level to keep the equilibrium of LIFE. Each person is UNIQUE IN NATURE and has a specific task to perform in life. To identify that is the primary duty of all of us.
Once this is done in our day to day life, whether in Industrial units, in Educational Institutions, in Agricultural fields or anywhere for that matter, we will be enjoying better living conditions, may be like, MAVELI VANIDUM KALAM!

UNITY IN ACTION
Identity of a person reveals his or her nature and behaviour, testified through action which culminate into an agreeable relationship with the neighbours. True recognition of the importance of a person, whom we contact in life, reveals the "TRUE MAN". Equality in the physical build up of human being does not equate the qualities inherent in man! GOD has created Man & Women with talents of different types, all put together contributing towards the fulfillment of the common goal to maintain a balanced life of each individual. The society if taken as one Body, then we are all different limbs of that body with different functions to perform to keep the Body healthy and Strong.
Like Poles, Repel & Unlike Poles, Attract each other, a phenomenon of Science, holds good for human relationship also. Persons of equal Status may have to demagnetise their attitude towards fellow beings, duly changing the Polarity to attract others to our side thereby bringing the desired result. Therefore our outlook on life with a feeling that "those who Run and those who Watch Running" are equal befoore GOD, will help us to reshape the distorted relations between person/party/religion in our society

EGOISTIC FEELINGS
Self respect and Selfishness are different qualities altogether. One who respects himself only can respect others. Self respect identifies the Individual and makes him/her,free of egoistic feelings and enables the individual to see in others, the very nature of him / her, as if through a looking glass. The extrovert tendencies take shape in his/ her consitution and the vision attains a level of sublimity. This status of oneness will drain out the sense of selfishness which erodes the mind and body of any individual.
Association with men & women of righteous nature will always boost up our desire to be self controlled in thought and action and also useful to the society at large. Religious life does not mean that one will only be engaged in Spiritual activities, but he/she will apply their spiritual thoughts in practical use , relating the same with their neighbours,who need assitance in the day to day life. The attitude of the good SAMARITAN is the need of the hour. Theory and practice of religious culture should go hand in hand in our daily routine. Then only we will see a ray of hope in the common man in realising GOD's loving Kundness transmitted to them through others in the neighbourhood.

CONCERN FOR OTHERS
Personal comforts and well being are always the concern in the life style we maintain. As a social being one has to tone up the individual traits to fall in line with that of others wothout losing sight of own identity. Interaction with people whom we come across daily will always give us opportunities to correct our mind-set to tide over the problems in personal relationship. The spirit of reconciliation with involement and commitment to the tasks assigned will fulfill the desires of those who associate with us in the pursuit of successful career.
The life on this Earth is a continuous process where everybody plays his/her role in the appropriate time and disappears at the close of the scene after handing over the next part to the person who takes over the STAGE. The concern of each participant on this stage performance, is to maintain the continuity of the chain of acts, during the period of stay on the ARENA. All through this struggle men and women have to mutually support each other, and" wind up" their journey on the final WHISTLE.

ONE IN BODY AND SPIRIT
Terrorism is an act of Evil and has to be condemned by one and all, irrespective of any consideration. We are all in this human shape created by GOD and placed in different areas to look after our fellow beings. GOD has given us the Spirit of tolerance and co-existence duly Sharing, Caring and Bearing all kinds of happy and unhappy situations.Man made bifurcations are only to give variations in our approach to the common problems confronting the people of the world living in different areas of their choice. anybody found guilty of any Evil doing, is to be viewed as a criminal without any sort of consideration based on his/her social status or religion/country etc. This kind pf approach only will take us to a common GOAL of annihilating the DEVIL from our midst.Taking sides in such circumstances will viciate the very nature of our existence as Human beings, responsible for the protection and maintenance of all species living in this world.
Therefore, let not our thoughts and action be biased on introvert tendencies, but instead oriented on common interedts benificial to the people at large. WORK IS WORSHIP
GOD created all the infrastructural facilities for man before HE put him in charge of all creations, with instructions to Labour and Toil hard to protect himself and his surroundings. Knowing the nature of man GOD imposed certain restrictions on him for peaceful existence with nature. Living by the " Sweat of his Brow" was the guiding principle in man's life. But slowly the devilish mind in him deviated his attitude towards life and he disobeyed the commands of GOD.The Creator purposely gave man the power of distinguishion of good and evil so that he could balance the way of life to suite the circumstances by overpowering Evil tendencies
Disobedience caused disarray in his routine and he became lazy and adopted shortcuts to avoid hardships and perseverance. Carrying out the Works assigned to one particular individual faithfully and without malice is Worship in HIS eyes and the GOD will reward him and bless him continuosly through out his life. But he deviated his life style and sought other ugly means to satify his greed and incurred the displeasure of GOD. He tried to attain mercyand blessings of GOD by penitence and sacrificial living. GOD gives atonement to man only if he tills his land and live a life of his own, helping the poor and the needy. Looking after the poor and lonely is the only way to please GOD and discharging ones duty with full involvement and commitment is the real worship. Anyone dishonestly or carelessly abandons his/her legitimate duty will invite trouble and wrath of GOD in hs/her life.
The present trend of man is to forget totally the will of GOD and try to please HIM by building temples/churches and other places of worship. But while doing so he is nurturing illwill and hatred and disharmony amongst the people. These two . that is trying to please GOD and Satan will not go together! We cannot please GOD unless we take care of the peole around us and share the sorrows and happiness with them. Any amount of penitance and sacrifice will not save us , unless we do our legitimate duty to the society, honestly and devoutly with prejudice to NONE.

DUAL NATURE OF MAN
All creations adore the CREATOR in words and deeds, adoration by way of outward expressions and by way of internal meditation in solitude. Man being the commander-in-chief of all creations has devised methods of controlling both human beings and animals. While exercising the surveillance over the nature he has to adopt DUAL TACTICS to balance his actions without disturbing the inter dependance of the human beings & the animals and also to a certain extent the vegitation. This quality of Dual Nature OR control was gifted by GOD to set right the life style of mankind, by highlighting the GOOD from EVIL. Comparative element was always directing his ideas & thoughts before putting them into action. He always cautioned himself from the Devilish Attitude on account of the higher level of GOD'S NATURE in him , in suduing the damaging actions. The very nature which provides us with the prime necessities in life, viz- AIR-WATER-FIRE to maintain & sustain life has given us also the Wisdom to understand the DUAL QUALITIES of those essential elements.
The qualities of these essential elements are-1) AIR: Gives life & takes away life(Suffocation), 2) WATER: Gives life& takes away life( Drowning), 3) FIRE: Gives life & takes away life( Burning) and 4) FOOD: gives life & takes away life( Over eating). The human beings are vested with the most complex nature of mind. The complexities in man enable him to decide upon the correct solution by tossing the mind in all directions and hit on the positive side to attain the result. Patience & Perseverance are the most needed tools to shape our DUAL THINKING into positive end, beneficial to others. Judicial dispensation of problems confronting the Human beings is the only solution to drive off the Evil nature in man for the bettermentof the Society at large.

Sexual Harassment on Women
GOD’S SUPREME CREATION ‘MAN’ HAS TO PASS THROUGH THREE STAGES OF TRANSFORMATION THAT IS, THE NATURAL MAN, THE CARNAL MAN, AND THE SPIRITUAL MAN. THESE STAGES HAVE DIFFERENT MANIFESTATIONS IN THE LIFE OF HUMAN BEINGS AND THE MEN & WOMEN HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO TIDE OVER THE DEVILISH NATURE IN HIM/HER TO REACH THE STAGE OF SPIRITUALITY.
AS THE TIME WENT ON, “THE NATURAL MAN” IN HIS/HER QUEST FOR BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS, BECAME GRADUALLY CIVILISED.THE EVIL NATURE IN HIM/HER SLOWLY VANISHED. THE EVIL THOUGHTS WERE BURIED DEEP IN THEIR HEART BY THE GOOD THINGS IN LIFE.
WE HAVE DIFFERENTIATED MANKIND IN SEVERAL RANK&FILE – LIKE, RELIGIOUS HEADS/LEADERS, POLITICAL LEADERS AND ALL OTHERS IN THE DIFFERENT SEGMENTS OF SOCIAL SET UP.” THE APPAREL PROCLAIMS THE MAN”. THE DRESS DEFINITELY DIFFERENTIATES ONE FROM ANOTHER. ONCE WE ARE UNDRESSED / STRIPPED OFF THE MANTLE, GENERALLY WE ALL WILL LOOK THE SAME IN THE PHYSICAL BUILD UP. ALSO WE HAVE THE INBUILT SEXUAL DESIRE, -A NATURAL INSTINCT- WHICH WILL TAKE OVER OUR MIND WHEN THE SURROUNDINGS ARE FAVOURABLE FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUR. THE RECENT HAPPENINGS SHOW THAT THE CARNAL STAGE IN MAN/WOMAN HAVE TAKEN OVER HIS/HER MIND AND TRIGGERED SUCH ACTIONS WHICH CREATED UNHAPPY INCIDENTS IN SOCIAL LIFE.
CARNAL MAN/WOMAN IN ANY SECTOR, RELIGIOUS OR OTHERWISE, MAY HAVE “WOLF IN SHEEP’S SKIN” APPEARANCES IN THEIR ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR IN PUBLIC LIFE. THE NATURAL FEELINGS TOWARDS THE OPPOSITE SEX IS NOT A CRIME. BUT WHEN IT BREAKS ALL NORMS OF SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR, IT BECOMES A SERIOUS AND PUNISHABLE CRIME. THE CARNAL FEELINGS AND EMOTIONAL EXERCISES ON SEXUAL PERFORMANCES, ARE THE HARBINGERS OF THESE CRIMES, THOUGH BLANKETTED AND SHROUDED AND INSULATED BY THE SOCIAL CUSTOMS, MORAL TEACHINGS AND THE LAW OF THE LAND. THE LAST LAP
Dear Friends,We are on the Last Lap of the Marathon Relay Race, continuously running and handing over the Relay Batten to the generation that follow. Our Forefathers ran the Race well and after finishing their due share of the span of Life, handed over the baton to us to continue the race without any distraction or deviation from the Route PREARRANGED by the GOD Almighty.HE gave us all the infrastructural facilities right from the beginning of Man,s life on this Earth, and also the Commandments directing all of us to observe during the RUN. Our Ancestors did run with confidence in the Creator of this UNIVERSE and reached their Goal, fulfilling the Tasks given to them. Each man was given a Specific Talent to propel his actions towards the Goal. But all of them could not do well in the Race, due to deviation, influenced by the DEVIL. The Man overlooked GOD and took shelter in the DEVIL,S Kingdom and lost his way and could not retrace his Track. The Devil and his Agents were also running on a Parallel Track to misguide others running on the Track earmarked by GOD for HIS Creation to toil hard and to reach the Heavenly abode in the Right Time marked by HIM. Those who were fallen en route could not accomplish the Task given to them. They had to perish in run, on the Wrath of GOD. God sent His Prophets to warn these people, but nothing could retrieve them as they were under the Clutches of the Devil. Finally God had to send His own Son, Jesus to put them on the Track, and to redeem the lost SHEEP. Jesus lived with the people and demonstrated the life style to be maintained in love and compassion to fellow beings. HE thereafter handed over the Baton to HIS Disciples to follow the directions He gave them, so that all will run on the predetermined Track till they Reach the GOAL. Jesus went back to Heaven to Prepare Mansions for those who finish the Relay Race in their Life on this Earth, and also to hand over the CROWN for the Winners. These "Flame Tested" men/women will Inherit the Crown of Glory and enter into the KINGDOM of GOD for INTERNAL LIFE.THERE FORE LET US ALL RUN THE RACE IN TRACK MARKED FOR EACH ONE OF US.

TOTAL ANARCHY IN KERALA
KERALA THE LAND OF GOD- NOW THE DEVIL’S
The men in authority in Kerala have lost reasons and now act indifferently in all that happen daily in our public life. Political factions playing a major role in the daily happenings in the social structure, fracturing and fragmenting it into pieces, thereby causing irrecoverable loss to life and property. We are slipping into a deep trench due to the daily agitations and destructive activities of the different policy makers and ideologists, who trigger their party men to these hooliganisms. The stench, coming out of these trenches is polluting the whole public life and we are slowly drifting off into a point of no return. The struggle amongst the parties goes on, each party trying to excel in their policies and ideologies in public administration. Disruption of normal life is a common occurrence, due to unruly agitators belonging to the Ruling group and the opposition groups. It gives me the feeling that we are worse than the Conspirators of Julius Caesar’s time, where, they ran amuck killing people on the road. Now the situation prevailing in Kerala is Total ANARCHY. The Rulers and the party Leaders are hiding “behind the stacks” and avoid remedial measures for fear of WHAT?
The police officials do not act as “Security Guards” of the people and they deliberately avoid their duty as per the Police Manual and the INTENDED MISSION of police in public life. What can be the remedy for this threatening situation?. The remedy lies in the observance of the Law of the Land by the appropriate authority without Fear or Favour. Once the culprits know that procedures are delayed and go on dragging for years, they do not hesitate to commit any crime-even butchering people-. They know, that even after their natural death, the decision of the legal procedures against them will be PENDING WITH THE COURT!.
Now the concept END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS must END. The Means Justifies the END must resurrect to save mankind, before the humanity PERISH under the “LAWLESSNESS” marching daily in our Streets of KERALA.

The Greatest Army Chief, India has ever seen!. He is no more. The great Soldier died at the ripe age after leading the nation to greatest heights during his tenure as Chief of the Indian Army and thereafter as the FIELD MARSHAL.The rarest quality of a Leader personified in this Great Officer who was the Main Stay in the Bangla Desh war during 1971. I was one of the Territorial Army Officers deputed to restore the Railway lines during the war. The OLQ ( Officer Like Quality) seen in him was never experienced in any other officers of the Defence set up so far.

Marriage An Institution Sacred & Divine
To All my Readers,
Marriage is an Institution in which the members are the couple who are legally accepted as man and wife.The style of life before marriage and after is entirely different.In the former case the individual has got his own thinking of the lifestyle he should adopt in his service or other field of activity,whereas in the latter case the importance is not on individual, but on the attitude and characteristics of the husband and wife who form the family setup. Here ,the combined efforts of both husband and wife will have to be toned up to suit the circumstances and society in which they are living. Difference of opinions as they come will have to be sorted out timely, to avoid difficult situations which may cause disharmony and distortion in the family. The sharp edges have to be rubbed down and smoothened so as to achieve the most ideal build up of the family life.Two individuals hitherto running in different tracks will have to converge to a single track to reach the common goal. Therefore it will be seen that one has to train up his body and mind well in advance before he or she enters into a marriage pact, where selflessness, mutual respect and mutual trust are highly essential to live together in peace & tranquility.

No predictions, No Prophecy, No Soothsaying, No Numerological Prescriptions, but it is true that the Number 8 played an Important Role in my Life. To begin with the number 8 is my Birth Number – 17th march. The year of my birth is 1934.the number works out to 8. My name is ABRAHAM. Again number 8. Next instance is my ESLC Examination Roll number. It was 12608. The number reduces to 8. I passed with a total of 341 marks, again number 8. My Interview date for appointment in the Indian Railways was on 26th November- number 8. My roll number in the railway training school was 44 – number 8. My Email ID is thampymangalath@gmail.com which also works out to number 8.My scooter number is 1016- number 8. My house name is ASISHA MANGALATH –that is 8.
It is certain that number 8 was playing a dominant role in shaping my life. That may be reason why I was allotted the CELL number 8 in My “Final resting place.
This type of vibration of number 8 in my life may not be applicable to others of similar date of Birth. FARMERS' RELIEF

A big relief to the farmers for unloading their Burden of Loan amounting to Rs.60,000/ crores all over the Country!. Now on an analysis of the whole system of Loan to different farmers -Small & big cultivators- in different stats of the country, has there ben any counter check onthe correct utilization of the BIG MONEY received for the specific purpose?. According to me lot of loop holes are bound to happen in this Happy Go Loan processing, by the Banks and other agencies.I may not narrate them.Lot of wasteful expenditure will result in the final disposal of the huge money under this scheme.
To avoid possible miss use of the money for purposes, other than the intended use, I have the following suggesion:-
Study the requirements of Each Farmer and then adequately support him with necessay Equipments, Seeds, manure, Sufficient water supply, pumping sets etc, including the Infrastructural facilities.Also monitor the needs of each of them , to help cultivate the selected crops/cultivation suitable for the particular area he intends to do. The Land if not available, also to be made available to them on Lease or otherwise.
This sort of utilization of Public Money will serve the Purpose of the Government.That is Help the Farmers with KINDS and NOT with CASH

A big relief to the farmers for unloading their Burden of Loan amounting to Rs.60,000/ crores all over the Country!. Now on an analysis of the whole system of Loan to different farmers -Small & big cultivators- in different stats of the country, has there ben any counter check onthe correct utilization of the BIG MONEY received for the specific purpose?. According to me lot of loop holes are bound to happen in this Happy Go Loan processing, by the Banks and other agencies.I may not narrate them.Lot of wasteful expenditure will result in the final disposal of the huge money under this scheme.
To avoid possible miss use of the money for purposes, other than the intended use, I have the following suggesion:-
Study the requirements of Each Farmer and then adequately support him with necessay Equipments, Seeds, manure, Sufficient water supply, pumping sets etc, including the Infrastructural facilities.Also monitor the needs of each of them , to help cultivate the selected crops/cultivation suitable for the particular area he intends to do. The Land if not available, also to be made available to them on Lease or otherwise.

WHITHER GOEST OH KERALA
WHITHER GOEST THOU- OH KERALA?
The Death Knell is ringing, and everywhere the “Political Dacoits” are on the Murdering spree - similar to the time of Julius Caesar where the Conspirators ran amuck and butchered innocent people in Rome. The Political Rivalry in Kerala has gone to that extent of mercilessly killing people belonging to another group. WE HAVE UMPTEEN political Parties trying to excel each other by resorting to dirty and Dangerous Tactics. Most of these ill motivated Leaders are maintaining their Party interests, than maintaining the public interest at large.
The Great Philosopher SOCRETES was poisoned to death, attributing the crime of Corrupting the Young. Has he done anything worse than the present day Polititions and administrators? If Death was the Punishment for SOCRETES what can be the possible Penalty for this Misleading Leaders of our Democratic set up who Plan and Monitor this Murders occurring almost daily?
Was there any KING anywhere in the World, who killed his own subjects? But we have JANATHA KINGS who take pleasure in murdering the poor and innocent people adopting the “ REMOTE” control system. The Leaders hide “Behind the Stack” and instigate the followers in this Brutal game Now can we strike other “CHORDS” or Shall we continue to “Harp on the same String”?. Well I think it is high time that we should change the STRINGS and play a Different TUNE to put off this DEVILISH DOMINION at the earliest with out allowing to “ Grow Grass unde«Title»r our Feet”.
The Self imposed Leaders of this DACOITY gang must be put into the CORRECT place by the PEOPLE !. Otherwise this Killing Spree will continue to happen daily in our State. When we have enough of our own religious teachings, Vedas, and Political Culture suitable to the INDIAN CULTURE and society living , why should we IMPORT foreign politics in our System? What can the foreign political concepts, suitable to their social customs and life do, to the totally different Life Style of Indian People? Our socialistic approach must be based on our way of life and not based on certain countries and their Leadership!. When we condemn foreign goods, foreign Religious concepts, Foreign Rules etc why affinity to their Political Culture??. At this point we may think of Reverting back to our KING”S RULE as a Sliver Lining in the Black Clouds of so many JANTHA KINGS, parading through & through!
The New Generation to Think and Act accordingly . Otherwise , the days are not FAR for us to PERISH>>
